About Me

I’m Madi — an occupational therapist, pelvic health coach, certified Pilates instructor, and mom of three wild littles. I’m the founder of Moxie ThreeSixty, where we ditch the shame, get strong from the inside out, and bring some serious fire into pelvic health.

I mix clinical expertise with movement that actually works (and feels good), helping you reclaim your core, your confidence, and your energy — without the boring cookie cutter rehab plans.

  • No fancy gear requried! Most programs use simple tools like Pilates ball, booty bands, long resistance bands, and dumbbells. I’ll give you options (and low-cost links) if you need to grab anything —many moves can also be done bodyweight only.

  • Most clients spend 15-20 minutes daily, perfect for busy schedules or nap-time movement You’ll know exactly what you need to do—no guesswork.

  • As soon as you feel ready! Many clients start with beathwork and gentle mobility within the first few weeks postpartum. We tailor everything to your recovery, energy levels, and clearance from your provider.

  • Not at all. These programs are built for anyone who wants to improve their core connections, mobility, strength and longevity—whether you’re managing prolapse, recovering postpartum, or just want smarter training.

  • Yes! Many of my clients use HSA (Health Savings Accounts) or FSA (Flexible Spending Accounts) to cover coaching services. While Moxie ThreeSixty is a cash-pay provider, I can provide a detailed invoice or superbill to help you request reimbursement.

    Just check with your benefits provider ahead of time to confirm eligibility—every plan is different.

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a trusted payment platform that is PCI-compliant. This means your payment information is encrypted and protected.

    You can use debit cards, credit cards, or eligible HSA/FSA cards. You’ll receive a receipt immediately after checkout, and payment plans are available for select coaching packages.

    Stripe is not used to store any medical or personal health data, and all transactions remain fully secure.
