Equipment You’ll See Throughout the Program:

To get the most out of your workouts, here’s what we recommend having on hand. A few are optional—but trust me, your core and pelvic floor with thank you.

  • Yoga Block — Encouraged, not required (great for alignment, support, and deeper core connections)

  • Pilates Ball — Encouraged, not required (optional, but adds serious spice to your inner thighs, glutes, and core)

  • Booty Bands — Strongly encouraged (helps activate glutes, hips, and lateral strength in a whole new way)

  • Long Resistance Bands — Encouraged, not required (used for core resistance, mobility drills, and a few sneaks posture tweaks)

  • Dumbbells — Required (you’ll need a set of light, moderate, and heavy weights to match your strength level and progress over time).

What to Expect in Your Starter Program

Welcome to ‘Find Your Moxie’ jumpstart! This 4-week program is designed to lay a strong foundation for pelvic health through four purposefully structured weeks, based on three phases. Every session is thoughtfully crafted to guide you—from breath to strength—with intention behind every rep.

Why We Pair Things the Way We Do

Each workout follows a three-part flow to support both your nervous system and your muscular system:

  • We begin by priming your body with breath or mobility,

  • Next, we layer in core activation and movement-based strength training to help you feel not just stronger—but more connected.

  • Finally, we wrap it all up with functional movement and progressive work to carry those gains into real life.

For the best results, complete all 4 weeks. They are paired this way for a reason—to help your body feel supported, strong, and balanced.
