  • A: Coaching packages range from $897 to $1,447, depending on the level of support and duration (typically 3 to 9 months). We’ll go over the best fit during your discovery call—no pressure, just options.

  • A: Depending on your program, coaching includes personalized workout plans, weekly or bi-weekly check-ins, direct messaging support, and tailored guidance to help you reach your goals. We’ll walk through it all on the call.

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a trusted payment platform that is PCI-compliant. This means your payment information is encrypted and protected.

    You can use debit cards, credit cards, or eligible HSA/FSA cards. You’ll receive a receipt immediately after checkout, and payment plans are available for select coaching packages.

    Stripe is not used to store any medical or personal health data, and all transactions remain fully secure.
