Hi, I’m Madi
FOUNDER & CEO OF MOXIE THREESIXTY
Hey there! I’m Madi—licensed occupational therapist, pelvic floor specialist, movement coach, and scrunchy mom of two littles. I’m here to help you feel strong, empowered, and at home in your body—without the stress of perfection.
With a background in occupational therapy, I spent a year working in a specialized pelvic health clinic before realizing I wanted more. There’s a whole world of women (and men!) struggling with pelvic health who deserve better care, better education, and better solutions. So, I stepped outside the traditional clinic model to create something different—something that truly meets people where they are.
I’m not your picture-perfect fitness influencer. Fitness has always been a passion and priority in my life, but now, so is being a mom. My workouts? 30 minutes max, on a good day. My dinners? Toddler-approved and far from Pinterest-worthy. My approach to health? Realistic, balanced, and completely judgment-free. I believe in movement that feels good, habits that are sustainable, and a pelvic floor that works for you—not against you. This is the reality of the season of life I’m in, and I’m embracing it fully.
Pelvic health is personal for me. After having my two babies, I have dealt with core weakness, leaks, and the frustration of feeling disconnected from my body. I also have pelvic organ prolapse—so when I say I get it, I really do. That’s why prolapse recovery is one of my biggest passions. I’ve lived it, I’ve learned from it, and now I help others navigate it with confidence.
That’s why I created Moxie ThreeSixty—a space where you can learn, heal, and take control of your pelvic health without feeling lost or overwhelmed. No more guessing, no more shame—just real solutions for real people.
And in case you were wondering, my husband is also an occupational therapist (that’s how we met!). So, if I’m not geeking out about pelvic health, I’m probably chasing my littles with my hubby, enjoying my many cups of coffee (or energy drinks because no judgement), or embracing the beautiful chaos of motherhood.
Pelvic health is about so much more than just your pelvic floor—it’s about how you move, how you breathe, and how you feel in your own skin. And lucky for you, I’m obsessed with teaching men and women how to unlock that strength from the inside out.
You’re not broken. You’re not alone. And you absolutely deserve to feel like your best, most confident self.
So, welcome to Moxie ThreeSixty—I’m so glad you’re here. Let’s do this together!
