Moxie ThreeSixty: The Bold Intersection of Strength, Grit, and Transformation

At Moxie, we redefine what it means to be strong—from every angle. The name Moxie isn’t just a word; it’s a movement. It embodies boldness, resilience, and an unshakable confidence—the kind that empowers you to rise after every setback, push past limitations, and reclaim your body with courage. Moxie is fire, grit, and determination. It’s the kind of strength that’s not just seen but felt.

Our signature vibrant red represents the pulse of our mission. It’s the color of power, passion, and unstoppable energy, fueling every breath, every movement, and every victory—no matter how big or small. At Moxie ThreeSixty, we believe in movement as medicine, in the power of knowledge, and in providing cutting-edge, science-backed training and therapy to help every person take control of their pelvic health, fitness, and overall well-being.

Moxie is for the relentless. For those who refuse to accept discomfort as their baseline. For those who want to rebuild, recover, and reclaim their strength—whether postpartum, post-injury, or simply ready to level up their fitness. This is a space where healing and high performance coexist, where education meets empowerment, and where you walk away stronger, sharper, and more in tune with your body than ever before.

About Me

Hey, I’m Madi—a licensed OT, pelvic floor specialist, movement coach, and mom navigating life (and workouts) with toddlers in tow. I created Moxie ThreeSixty to help real people reconnect with their core, rebuild strength, and finally feel at home in their bodies—without the pressure of perfection.

After working in at a specialized pelvic health clinic, I knew there had to be a way to reach more people and bring attention to the importance of pelvic health. So I built something different—something real, accessible, and empowering.

Pelvic health isn’t just about your pelvic floor. It’s how you breathe, move, lift, laugh, and live. I’ve lived it. I’ve learned it. And now I help others feel strong from the inside out.

You’re not broken. You’re not alone. And you’re absolutely capable of feeling strong, confident, and supported.
